Abstract Submission
​​
Submission Guidelines :
1. Abstract submission is open to all providers of transplantation.
​
2. Abstract submissions will include original research – clinical, basic, or quality improvement. Case reports will not be considered. Particularly novel or interesting case series may be considered.
​
3. Submission of abstracts must be accompanied by registration for the Scientific Meeting.
​
4. Winning abstracts will be selected for oral presentation – details of this session will be sent to the winning abstract authors nearer to the date of the Scientific Meeting.
​
5. Select runner-up abstracts will be selected for E-Posters to be presented during the Scientific Meeting.
​
6. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.
​
7. Abstracts that were previously presented previously in local, regional or international meetings may also be submitted.
​
8. SOT will email notifications to the Corresponding Author and Submitters by 14 November 2024 and authors of accepted abstracts are expected to present at the Scientific Meeting.

Format of Abstract and Submission:
1. The abstract will include the following sections: Title, Authors and their affiliations, Introduction, Methods, Results, Conclusion.
​
2. Word limit of 300 words (excluding title, authors and their affiliations) and one figure or table.
